Extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Bentons. The team seemed arrogant and unresponsive throughout the entire process. They did no viewings and in most cases people who did get to view our property advised that it took them many attempts to arrange. To think we paid them thousands of pounds to essentially put the property on Rightmove and do not much else. I would go as far to say they are the worst business I have ever dealt with and do very little in the way of adding value. I would avoid and use someone like Hortons instead.
