Yet another bad experience of dealing with Benton’s! Our first was a while ago when we turned up to view a property only to be declined at the gates as it had already sold! Second time they failed to tell the vendors we were coming and now again we’ve lost out on a purchase because they forgot to get back to us re our offer! We will never view a house through Benton’s again and certainly won’t be using or recommending. Awful communication and incompetent staff!
