We had a premium service; very efficiently marketed, nice brochure , lots of interest from the moment we went on the market and we had a buyer agreed within two months. The subsequent follow through by the support team was extremely efficient and tenacious, flushing through issues in the end to end sales and contractual process, liaising with the buyer’s solicitors etc. and always keeping us informed.
