Slow, indifferent, chancers. Act like they're doing you a favour.
One salesperson in particular is a complete chancer. Felt like we were buying a used car. Felt like they thought they were doing us a favour. We gave up trying to buy a house.. We needed two basic, totally normal questions answered before putting in our offer, but the staff member we kept having to deal with could not be bothered passing our questions to the vendor. When we called to follow up, the only thing he asked was 'did you want to put in an offer?' Yes, obviously, but first we needed our questions answered! We finally gave up and completed on a different house through a more professional agency. That house is still on the market. Wish we could let the vendor know.

Rude & unhelpful
As a renter we were in a position to pay a large lump sum up front but needed to move in quickly but Andrew Granger don't work quickly and clearly don't care if they lose potential rental income for their landlords. I rent properties out and I am very glad they are not managing my properties. They treat anyone renting from them with a snobby disdain and I found two staff members in particular to be very unhelpful! Customer service certainly lacking - how disappointing. Think twice before using them, other local agents are far more pleasant to deal with and can think outside of the box and use their common sense!
