Consistently Great Service
Andrew Granger have managed my property portfolio for over 15 years. The dedicated letting team ensure I have had a steady stream of quality tenants with very few void periods in all that time. Professional, efficient and friendly
Couldn't ask for a better experience. My initial enquiry was dealt with quickly by Conor and then I was passed on to Anna. After viewing the property I agreed to start the tenancy. The proceeding steps where as smooth as you can get: Straight forward paper work. Friendly staff. Start to finish the service was excellent -- which is more than I can say for other estate agents I've dealt within the area. But that's a tale for another day. if you're reading this and you're looking for an agent to arrange a property for you around Market Harborough, then these guys (and girls) get my seal of approval.

Extremely good service when buying from this agent
My only experience of this agent is when buying my current property. The first person to show me around had excellent local knowledge, which influenced my buying decision. The post-offer service I have received from Yvonne has been exemplary: she is prompt, efficient, polite, professional and very personable. The property I'm buying needs a lot of work and so I've had quite a few queries. At no point have I been made to feel that I am a nuisance, and my queries have always been answered the same day - if not within minutes. Should I move home again in future, I would definitely consider using Andrew Granger, especially if their service to sellers is as good as it has been as a buyer.

Could not be more helpful in finding house to rent
We decided to move to Market Harborough and were looking for a house to rent. We found one we liked which was advertised through Andrew Granger & Co, we contacted Andrew Granger and were introduced to their rental people who then arranged for us to view the property in question, we liked the property and then completed all necessary paperwork, We found them friendly and very helpful and all was completed without any fuss. We have since had a couple of problems with the house which were swiftly sorted out. Very pleased with the service and all the personnel involved with this move for us.

Professional in every way
We rented properties in Market Harborough through Andrew Granger for our personnel over a period of almost 9 years. Throughout that time, the staff at Andrew Granger impressed with their professionalism and their swift response to any concerns we had from time to time. We would thoroughly recommend Andrew Granger.

Best Agent in Town
We recently sold our property in Market Harborough and purchased a house in North Wales. We had a number of issues with our sale which occurred largely through poor communication from our buyer's solicitors, Brown & Co. The staff at Grangers did everything they could to push our sale through and communicated with us on a daily basis to keep us up to date with what was happening. At times, we felt like we would just give up and take the house off the market and I seriously doubt the sale would have gone through without the tenacity and professionalism of the sales team at Andrew Grangers. We are extremely grateful to all the staff there and would recommend Grangers to anyone.

good customer service
Very efficient. good customer service and variety of properties. Good local knowledge. Response times are quick. However their fees for tenants are quite high.

A very helpful, professional and personable experience in difficult circumstances.
The sage and sound advice given by the agent Peter Buckingham was exemplary and crucially helpful in getting the purchase across the line in far from straight forward circumstances because of the nature of the property. Peter Buckingham was wise, helpful and at all times realistic in the advice he offered and his team were always charming helpful and supportive as we sought out the property of our dreams. We could hardly have been better served.

All round good service
I don't usually give reviews and I don't usually give full stars, only because I don't do that for anyone. I do however have no complaints about Andrew Granger, their services have just been really really good. I would definitely recommend them to others.
