The Property Management team are next level! We submitted a repair issue with our boiler, turns out after nearly singeing the gas engineers hair off, that we need a new boiler. It isn't going to happen today, that's ok. However their response was to call and and ask if someone could come over and drop some heaters to ensure us, and the kids wouldn't go cold until the issue was rectified. SERIOUSLY! They use great 3D imaging software so you can do a proper virtual tour and when it came to do in person viewings, the staff were friendly and covid compliant.
