Really easy to use their Website no need to sign in unlike other estate agents. Mostly up to date although occasionally some properties aren't always updated. Always found staff over the years pleasant and happy to help always my first port of call 🙂 …

I’ve just bought a property through Miles and Barr and have found the process efficient and transparent and the people friendly and responsive. From viewings through to completion, the team have answered queries, negotiated with our seller and gone the extra mile.

Excellent customer service from Annie (Collier). Dealt with an enquiry even though the property was outside her office area, swiftly actioned it, set up viewings and took feedback, passed onto the appropriate branch colleague, checked in and followed up that I had indeed been contacted etc etc as there was a sense of urgency required. In no time at all the property was secured. Really really helpful, very good interpersonal and communication skills, felt like she couldn’t do enough. Thank you Annie.

Miles & Barr made the buying process as easy as it can be. Their communication during the negotiation period was excellent and we were very happy with how they kept us in the loop throughout. The fact that they had a dedicated agent to act as a liaison between ourselves, the seller and our lawyers really helped smooth out some areas where things might have otherwise slowed down. This also provided peace of mind that things were progressing properly. Would be very happy to work with the team again.
