We brought our first home through Miles & Barr Cliftonville, we always found the staff to be friendly & helpful. Whilst arranging viewings staff were very good at finding houses to match our needs as a family. All the staff at Cliftonville office were extremely helpful especially Alice Fridd & the manager Joe Bull. Our review is mainly based on Louise Daly our sales progressor. Louise went above & beyond to help & guide us through the whole process. Due to Covid-19 our sale went over the normal timescales & Louise was amazing throughout the whole process. Louise always replied promptly to my emails & was there to reassure me when it felt like we would never exchange. I am so grateful to Louise for everything she has done for us since our offer was accepted on our first house on February 1st, It is now the end of August & we are finally in our new home!!
