On the second call, you were extremely rude and shouted at a colleague, which is unacceptable behavior and the call was terminated. This situation stems from a confirmed viewing for which you apparently arrived 25 minutes later than the agreed-upon time, despite both verbal and written confirmation. As a busy agency, we had to attend to other appointments and could not wait for you. You called the office 50 minutes after the scheduled viewing, demanding that we return to the house, which was not possible as we had other booked appointments. The owner of the property also agreed with this decision. It is unfortunate to receive a negative review as we are a well-regarded business, especially when the issue arose due to your tardiness and unreasonable expectations for us to wait an extended period of time.
