Good Morning Mr Staniland, I am sorry to see the one star review. As you are aware the rental market is extremely busy at the moment and each property receives in excess of 50 enquiries and the property you applied for had over 10 applications. We did call and speak to yourself and a family member to advise of the update on your application and as you will be aware we can only accept one application per property.
I apologise that on this occasion your application wasn't accepted by the landlord.
