Unfortunately, we have been left in a position where 2 properties within one year were left in a disgusting state. Inspections weren't accurate, out buildings weren't inspected, one being left full of dog feaces another with grafitti of expletives. The cost of refurbishments was in excess of £6000 with no accountability accepted by Belvoir. Their answer was claim on insurance, obviously no point in having a property manager if that is the solution! Belvoir Mansfield, also, since June 2019 have started selling tenants nil deposit which means they take no deposit for your property BUT they don't advise the landlord.
