Courtney Bryant Sales & Lettings negotiator
We have received excellent service in every aspect of dealing with Qube letting & Sales since the apartment became available to be let out. All the staff are helpful and answer all questions thoroughly and in detail. Any questions we have had are dealt with sensitively and politely. Our recent experience involved the change over from our previous tenant and to identify the new tenant who has now moved into the apartment. Courtney Bryant has been consistently timely, helpful and polite whilst advising us through this process and we have received excellent customer service reflected in the star ratings chosen. Many thanks to everyone, We would highly recommend Qube as a letting management company.
Got a new tenant in record time
I have been renting my property with Qube Residential for many years. They are certainly no the cheapest, but they do provide a great service. They achieve great market rates, and take care of everything. I have peace of mind. A special shout to Courtney Bryant. She is super diligent and gets things done very efficiently. Thank you!

Review of the agent and agency
Thank you to QUBE residential and to Rheann for the smooth and fast set up and moving into of my apartment. All installations were complete before or on day of moving in and was communicated through to me clearly and quickly.
Qube residentials - Manchester
Rheann was very helpful from the beginning, and enabled the whole process of renting to go smoothly. Everything finished extremely fast. She replied very quickly to all my questions, both on phone and through emails. The whole experience was very stress free and pleasant. I feel like at home since the first day in my new flat, thanks to the kindness and professionalism of Rheann and the whole Qube Residentials staff. I would highly recommend her as an agent and the whole agency to everyone looking for a new home!
