Professional and ease of service

Very easy transition to move into new property. Exceptional yet affordable properties and professional staff. Would definitely recommend and use in the future

Bethany was professional throughout the entire moving process.

The letting agent Rheann was great and very helpful both in the viewing processes as well as the move in. However the standard the property was left in when we arrived was appalling. Cigarettes, dirt, sweet wrappers under the bed. Dust behind all cabinets and drawers. Dust, dirt and debris as well as unclean windows on the balcony (including a pizza box)

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The standard of service has declined significantly, with little to no response to issues unless chased repeatedly through the portal, emails, and phone calls. I would strongly advise avoiding any properties managed by Qube and Xenia.
