Qube Residential Manchester

Working with Qube Residential has been an absolute pleasure for Northern Technical. As a maintenance company, we collaborate closely with their Property Management team to address tenant issues efficiently and effectively. The Property Management department faces the challenging role of being the first point of contact when issues arise and complaints need resolving. Despite this, the team handles their responsibilities with professionalism, resilience, and a commitment to ensuring tenant satisfaction to the best of their ability. We’d like to give a special shoutout to Beth, Kane, and Sean, whose excellent communication, coordination, and dedication make our job at Northern Technical much smoother. Their ability to navigate challenging situations while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach truly deserves recognition. Qube Residential is a fantastic partner to work with, and we’re grateful for the strong working relationship we’ve built together. Highly recommend their team for their expertise and reliability!

I have the pleasure of working alongside Qube , mainly Kane and Beth who are both professional and knowledgeable if only more people in their profession were as competent. Mark MAB Carpets & Flooring
