Told me a move in date but it never happened. Constantly chasing them why this was the case but no straight answer. Waited over 2 months for the property to be ready but never happened. Terrible customer service as they never answer the phones. Canceled the agreement and then has trouble getting my deposit money bk and my cheque kept bouncing. Hate this letting agent. Do not use!!!

Terrible letting agents. Was told to email them about my circumstances to rent a potential property, which would be forwarded onto the landlord. I had to call them 3 days later to find out the response which was the landlord did not want to go ahead with the letting. Which is fair enough but I shouldn't have to call the company to find this information out!

Rented a property through Martin and co. On the whole found the staff to be impolite on the phone and often if we contacted the agency regarding maintenance issues these would not be followed up. On one occasion we had to contact them 4 times regarding an issue before someone was sent to the house to rectify it. Would not recommend renting a property through this agency.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I wasted 3 months in an awful property and got robbed of my deposit in the end after being illegally evicted. Agents sided with landlord. Thoroughly unprofessional, avoid at all costs.
