Please take a look at the photos taken for the flat they are currently marketing on Rightmove in Demesne Road, Whalley Range for £650 pcm. There are no pictures of the lounge/living area or bathroom. Instead, they've just done close up pictures of each of the windows, the number on the front door of the flat, a very small storage space holding just a single chair, a microwave, the toilet and base of the shower unit. Customer service is terrible lady called pippy ignored my emails. No update after viewing and picture of property different to real life.

a friend of mine was renting 7 Vicars Road, for about £1000 pcm. He moved out in December but Martin & Co charged £300 for a supposed furniture removal, turns out the furniture is still being used by the occupants of the house. Last but not least, the house had damp problems in the kitchen but the landlord refused to do anything about it same with the letting agency. I don’t recommend using Martin & Co for things like this.
