Lazy at times
They were great at fixing things before be rented the house but once they had us tied in they were lazy at times. The house were were in had damp and when we got a moth infestation they were somewhat uncaring, though did pay for a guy to come and sort it. I think it was due to them putting a new carpet above an older one - unhygienic!
