I wanted to leave a review just to express my appreciation. Disclaimer: I have not rented with Jordan Fishwick, however I considered one of their properties (decided not to go ahead as I chose somewhere else). Compared with the terrible experiences I had with most other agencies (e.g. ghosting, poor treatment, exclusionary and arguably discriminatory rules), my experience with them (Nick Wan in particular) was very smooth. They were professional, polite, clearly explained everything and followed up on my request. It is sad that we've got to a point where basic professionalism seems so unusual, but I guess those who still choose to treat (potential) customers as human beings deserve recognition at least.

Having just moved into a rented property, the Jordan Fishwick team have been incredibly helpful and quick in answering my questions. Tom was extremely helpful in resolving problems I had with the online tenancy portal and finding a workaround.

I rent a property managed by Jordan Fishwick. Thomas who completes the inspections is always really helpful and ensures any maintenance issues are fixed quickly usually on the same day if possible

Always get excellent service from Jordan Fishwick. They look after our apartment in Manchester with regular visits/inspections and ensure that it is always up to standard. They let us know if anything needs to be done and then manage the process on our behalf.

I had difficulties in finding a place to stay, and I dropped by Jordan fishwick at 68 Whitworth St. Emanuel Silva served me. He helped me with many options on how to stay at a place convenient to us (my family) and within our budgets. He was very helpful and courteous that I was obliged to give him this review so that I felt better and justified what he had done for me. Good work to Emanuel Silva, and pray God to bless him abundantly from today onwards.

Got a Flat with my Brother and super happy with my new home and the ease it was to do, big thanks to Chelsea who was amazing and extremely helpful every step of the way!
