James sold our relatives house for us that we were selling as power of attorney. On the initial meeting he suggested a price £50,000 more than some of the other estate agents to us. We asked him how confident he was he would get that and he replied 95% within a month. We decided to go with Hatch Batten, as they also offered us the most competitive fees. The house was sold within a couple of weeks for £25,000 over the price they had originally suggested, which was £75,000 more than other estate agents had anticipated. The sale was through in 8 weeks and they kept us well informed. Could not have been more helpful and 7 months later we still discuss how glad we were we chose Hatch Batten.
