Brilliant service
Adrian's response time to our initial enquiry was great; he followed up with documents when he said he would - organised a time to suit us for the viewing, and then let us make up our own minds which was great - and he was on hand to answer questions all the way through the process. What's more, he took time to go through the documentation in person and, best of all, the moment we *did* have a problem (a set of keys wasn't working), he dropped everything and came straight to us to make sure a) the problem was solved and b) that we were happy about it.

We have found Adrian at
We have found Adrian at Belvoir in Luton to be very professional and easy to deal with. From the first meeting we had with Adrian, we felt confident in his service. All arrangements for letting our property was handled without any pressures or any demands for money. This was very amazing as most other agents start talking money before they even secured a tenant. We specifically asked Adrian about this as we thought this was just too good to be true. But his response put us at ease. He said " I don't start earning until you start earning". This really reassured us that he intended to do a good job rather than just arfter money. And true to form not a penny was taken from us until we had the first payment from our tenants. Adrian conveniently arranged potential tenant appts all on one day and he (and sometimes Margaret) was with us for the duration to show the property and help us make make a decision as this was our first experience of letting a property. Although we had done our 'homework' re letting, Adrian advised us based on his experience in the business, on what to look at re pros and cons of potential tenants. Our property has been managed by Belvoir Luton now for over 18 months and we have had no problems to date. We receive regular reports of the scheduled 3 monthly property checks and any maintenance due will always be confirmed with us prior to any work being carried out. We would certainly use Belvoir in Luton again and we have already recommended other people to use their services.

I am very pleased with the
I am very pleased with the service provided by Belvoir and especially the branch in Luton - I have regular contact with branch management and are very professional in the service they provide. I highly recommend other landlords and tenants to go through Belvoir Lettings as the offer a variety of services that more attractive than others and the customer care provided for both partes makes the relationship run very smoothly.

Have used other agents before
Have used other agents before and they've taken ages to reply to questions about the property but not these guys anytime I've tried to contact them they have been available and responded quickly no complaints fantastic agency

I had a fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience and cannot thank Adrian the agent enough. He found me the perfect property to rent. I was quite unsure of things as this is my first time renting. Adrian did everything from meter readings to having a lovely moving in pack sent to me. An excellent service.

Having dealt with numerous
Having dealt with numerous agencies in the past few years, Belvoir in Luton is the only one I would ever recommend. To deal with an agent with obvious intelligence and has an understanding / compassion for the needs of both the landlord and the tenant is incredibly rare in my experience. Added to that, the responsiveness of the agent gives me the confidence that, should any issues arise, the solutions and remedy will be quick in coming. If you are looking for an agent who listens to your requirements and actually takes notice of it, then Belvoir in Luton is a good bet.

An excellent agent that
An excellent agent that always act professionally and courteously. Communication is great and any minor maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly and at reasonable cost. Would happily recommend to any prospective Landlords and i know my tenant is happy with the agent too!
