Northwood is cheater they are taking holding deposit and rejecting applications because of small Reasons and finding reasons to reject the application. I lost my holding deposit they didn’t even informed by email regarding the holding fee deduction prior to the procedure. I think this is the first agency taking holding deposits when application rejection happen. Northwood suppose to take only few charges that would be reasonable price .
