All round awful

avoid at all cost, complete waste of time. Staff is rude and unhelpful, I had a leakage from toilet for 2nd time in the past 2 years of tenancy, they are refusing to fix the crumbling ceiling in the kitchen. In May 2020 I had a problem with a central heating, and this was fixed in 3 weeks time (after contacting Environmental Health Agency at LBC), which is completly below any standards. For Polish speaking people / to Poles, be careful, even though a Polish woman works in the agency, you will still have more troubles, ranging from denial of repairs and ending with administrative problems. Look at all these negative comments and reviews are they not embarrassed? 😂 they took the piss with everything they are so slow I would never recommend this company to anyone , hence why their star rating is only 3 it just goes to show what they really are, thank the lord for all the people exposing their true colors …

Don't lose your time with them

Avoid at all cost! Absolutely useless and incompetent staff. They booked me for a viewing at 10.45 and cancelled 15 minutes before after I had travelled 2 hours to the place. They then rearranged to 1pm. I arrive at the property and no one is there. No phone calls or contact number given and the office closes at 1. Called the building manager who wasn't even aware of a viewing. Very poor customer service and communication. They really don't care about their customersNegativeQuality, Value
