I have found Belvoir Loughborough to be a proactive and flexible letting agent. They are communicative and I have had a stress free tenancy period.

The house sale was rather long and protracted, but you kept in contact with us and the purchaser and their Solicitors to try and keep things moving.

We received excellent service from start to finish. The main positive was the very proactive communications from Sue Moores (Loughborough Branch) as well as her dogged determination to move things forward

Brilliant agents highly recommended - they were responsive and helped me complete the purchase of the property on time and within about 2 months with is fairly unheard of

We have used Newton Fallowell for this sale and our last. Richard's local knowledge is excellent and he valued our property realistically, providing evidence of why he had reached his recommendation. We sold the property within 10 days and despite there being numerous legal issues surface during the process, Sue Moores kept on top of proceedings, working with us, our solicitor, our buyers and other organisations (local Council) to help resolve them. Newton Fallowell are good at communication and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking to sell in this area.

Perfect from start to finish from initial contact to arrange a viewing to offering and completion. Can’t fault Newton Fallowell especially Sue Moores no nonsense straight to the point.
