A lovely and honest man with some great communication skills

We have used Newton Fallowell for this sale and our last. Richard's local knowledge is excellent and he valued our property realistically, providing evidence of why he had reached his recommendation. Newton and Fallowell, particularly Sue, but also Jess in Sue’s absence, made the process of buying our property happen.
We had a particularly difficult sale (using a different agent, in Cambridgeshire). Suffice to say that had Sue not been so proactive in helping with an ongoing number of issues down the chain, the whole process would have fallen through.
