Absolutely appalling, no communication or follow ups. Paid contractors to do work and never checked to see if the work was done. Poor representation for both the landlord and the tenant. They serve no purpose other than to take money from landlords.

The most unprofessional and useless estate agents. For four years i have been dealing with various estate agents and this one by far and along Aidan J Reed in loughborough are utterly disgusting on their customer services. We felt discriminated too by both agents. Within those four years we missed out on two properties to buy and a rental property with Hartleys though we had repeatedly informed them to keep us updated at all times, they failed everytime even though we made offers yet they still couldnt be bothered to let is know what was going on. We tried contacting them but no response or call back and felt completly let down by Sue on the first property and no one bothered with the latest property two weeks ago. Most of the staff are fake and dont give a dam, we know its their job to be arrogant and pretending to be 'great', 'reputable' agents when really they are just minimum wage sale assistants.
