We recently sold our property with Newton Fallowell in Loughborough and could not have asked for a better level of service. From the initial contact and valuation, to the day of completion, we felt as though every detail was taken care of and the team went out of their way to ensure a smooth sale. As we live 75 miles from property, we thought it might be a challenge to complete viewings etc, but that was all taken care of and included in the price. Nothing was too much trouble and I genuinely feel they walk a delicate line between taking care of both the buyer and the seller, something that can’t be easy at times! There were a few tricky moments, as I’m sure happens with most complex house transactions, but Jake and Jess were completely professional and supportive throughout. Communication is key, of course, and they were both always on hand to provide solutions, updates or just to answer any questions. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced service, but with every detail taken care of, these are the people to go with. Having encountered an unsuccessful experience with a previous service provider, I urgently required an agent that had comprehensive experience to value and market my property through the right media channels and to the correct target buyer. Within 24 hours of Richard visiting the property to value and undertake photography the house was on sale with a detailed versatile narrative to capture and stimulate the interest that the property deserved. Sue, who was my primary contact throughout the sale, certainly went the extra mile exceeding my expectations. The communication and regular update instilled me with great confidence that everything was being undertaken to ensure that the sale was on course for completion. This is the second property we’ve successfully sold via Newton Fallowell Loughborough. Generally very good communication, and they showed understanding of the fact that this particular property was a rental with tenants in situ. Using solicitors they recommended meant they could chase up where necessary. The only slightly frustrating thing was during production of the sales brochure when several fairly obvious errors meant it took some back and forth to get it right. But overall would definitely use them again.

Priced my house at less than I hoped for but got an immediate asking price offer. They kept my purchaser informed during a prolonged legal process that was outside my control. Very personable and knowledgeable team.
