I want to THANK to RAMI, beacouse when we had a problem with the heating in December, he was so kind, and he had come after work and fix it . Their office was closed already , but he came! The problem was not very big, but if Rami didn't come , I would have frizzy :) Thank you so much ones again and I wish most employees to be like him!

My husband and I let an apartment through Hartleys - as Letting Agents and we are very pleased with the courteous and efficient service that we receive from them. The satisfaction of our tenants is very important to us (happy tenants are trouble-free tenants!). Hartleys and, in particular Rami, ensure that if they have any problems at all, they are dealt with promptly and effectively and we are kept informed of the progress of any repairs etc. We are happy to recommend and will certainly continue to use their services.

Moving house for the first time can be nerve-wracking and stressful, however, Scarlett at Hartley's made the whole process so easy. Scarlett was available whenever we needed her and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Not only did Scarlett make us feel important and like we were her main priority, she also made sure everything moved along quickly and efficiently. It was a delight to deal with her and I would highly recommend Harley's because of that.

Im not entirely sure who the other reviews have been dealing with, I have been in touch with many letting agents by phone, email and in person wanting to move from Wales back to the Loughborough area. Scarlett and Monica far outshone all of the other agents phoning back when they promised, forwarding new properties and met me on time to show me houses which is quite unusual , Ive hung around waiting for agents before. They are very professional and still very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to anyone. I now have my dream house through them.
