Having dealt with many estate agents over many years both here in London and in Sydney, I have come to the conclusion that quite simply Ahmet Hussein your sales manager is above and beyond all the rest of them by a clear mile. It is quite obvious because of the great amount of time and effort he has put into the ongoing contract negotiations which has spanned close to 11 months to get to completion. With regards to my property purchase, Ahmet has continued to have clear and good communication between the vendor, vendor's solicitor as well as with myself and my solicitor. He has seamlessly brought together what I would describe as a very difficult ongoing sale due to the nature of the leases of the property. This lengthy process I believe has been held together by his great skill in keeping everybody up-to-date and keeping both sides happy by being knowledgeable with all the facts. So it goes without saying that his professionalism, dedication and persistence have brought everything to a satisfactory conclusion for everyone concerned. I whole heartedly cannot praise him highly enough for the effort and time he has put into this transaction over the past 10 months. I believe Ahmet is one of a kind and a real privilege to deal with. You would be hard-pressed to find another estate agent with such calibre, honesty and integrity like Ahmet and he is a real credit to Winkworth.
