We had heard good things about Stow Brothers and had been far from impressed in our dealings with other estate agents when we bought our house a few years ago. We are now planning for the long term and wanted to understand where the market is at and what our house would be worth (selling or renting) since there is a work opportunity on the horizon might require a move. So we figured this would give us a sense of whether this was a firm we could work with... in particular, we wanted to see if they had a long view of customer relationships or just wanted to make commission as quickly as possible. We were really pleased with the service that we received: knowledgeable, friendly, and no hard sell. We will definitely be ringing them first when we know what our future holds.

All of the staff are really helpful and friendly, especially Heidi. We attended several viewings in E17 through the Stow Bros and all were professional and helpful. We eventually bought a new build property which Heidi arranged. We were delighted to hear from Heidi on completion who popped round to our new home to give us a welcome home gift. So thoughtful! We are yet to move into our flat that we are renting with Stow Brothers but so far their service has been great. We've been communicating mostly with Hannah who has been incredibly helpful in answering all our questions and guiding us through the registration/reference processes. We have both been living in East London for over a decade and feel a strong connection with this area, we're really happy to have found our new home through an estate agent who is making a genuine effort to look out for their customers/tenants and engaged in an array of activities with the local community.

After a failed offer through another agency, working with the Stow Brothers was a breath of fresh air.
