Can't fault the Walthamstow Stow Brothers team, they were all friendly, helpful, professional and determined. It took nearly a year and three buyers to get our flat sold but they never dropped the ball or let things languish, but were constantly promoting it and looking for buyers for us, even though they must have been sick of the sight of the place! Before purchasing a property, I had the normal fears of estate agents living up to their reputation of deception and extortion. Working with the Stow Brothers dispelled any of these anxieties and actually impressed me with how communicative and good-natured they were in all my dealings with them. Willing to help with any questions or queries I had an proactively following up on conversations when necessary, they were a pleasure to work with. Jon, my point of contact, was especially responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend.

A totally different experience of an estate agent. I put my house on the market with Stow Bros. The marketing was impressive and very professional and I was very pleased with the price they were able to get, despite a difficult market. The team was great to deal with especially Jon Vidal and Will Turner. They understand the market and gave great advice. I would recommend to anyone buying in the area.

The Stow Brothers are a god send! As renters we have always had negative experiences with estate agents, whether being ripped off or issues not being dealt with properly. Everyone at the Stow Brothers is so helpful and efficient, flexible and just go above and beyond. They are by far the best agency we have ever encountered and I am extremely saddened to leave our property and have to go back to dealing with subpar agencies! I cannot recommend them enough and look forward to the day they expand to North London. We also received our deposit back within a week of moving out (unheard of) and weren't charged a long list of ridiculous fees, which frankly is a miracle considering what most landlords and agencies charge.
