We had heard good things about Stow Brothers and had been far from impressed in our dealings with other estate agents when we bought our house a few years ago. We are now planning for the long term and wanted to understand where the market is at and what our house would be worth (selling or renting) since there is a work opportunity on the horizon might require a move. So we figured this would give us a sense of whether this was a firm we could work with... in particular, we wanted to see if they had a long view of customer relationships or just wanted to make commission as quickly as possible. We were really pleased with the service that we received: knowledgeable, friendly, and no hard sell. We will definitely be ringing them first when we know what our future holds.
