Just like to say thank you to all involved especially Claudia and Marcus whom got the proceeding started. All the way through the process Claudia worked hard and promptly responded to all phone calls and email enquiries and kept us well informed throughout. No nonsense no false promises absolutely no B/S from anyone. Just straight talking from people whom deal with the facts. Considered the horrors and difficulties of the Covid pandemic I'm amazed we got through it at all without loosing our sanity. Yes it was not easy. Though is moving house ever simple, I doubt it and with the present pandemic of course things got quite stressful at times; it's a mess out there. But all said and done everyone at Stow Brothers did their best and worked hard in this unprecedented situation and achieved the desired result. Fantastic service from everyone I encountered at Stow Brothers (from the photographer, to the staff doing the viewings, to the agents who helped purchase our next property). We'd previously tried to sell with another agent and Stow Brothers showed us what great looks like. They were super responsive to my (many!) questions throughout the sales and purchase process. I was especially impressed by how they made sure staff were available and knowledgeable when people went on holiday. Really really happy.

I was looking for a property to rent specifically in Walthamstow and I heard that Stow Brothers were significantly better than other agencies. I can confirm that their reputation is definitely deserved! They assisted me throughout the tenancy (especially my tenancy manager Chris), going beyond their responsibilities when the landlord wasn't cooperative. When I left for a bigger property, the moving out process was very quick, smooth and really client-focus. I was lucky to have Stow Brothers assisting me through it.

I can't recommend Stow Brothers enough. From the very first viewing, to completion on our lovely new flat, the service has been exceptional. Heidi in particular has been a star, so helpful, friendly, quick to respond to everything and really supportive during what could be a potentially stressful situation. My partner and I were very happy with Stow Brothers' service - as they helped us to find the perfect house. Whilst we in in the viewing stages, we ended up carrying out the viewings with 4 different agents as Stow Brothers did everything they could to accommodate our schedule and needs. Once we picked the place we wanted, Kenan was very supportive throughout, and most importantly was very responsive to calls and emails.
