February 2025 - Another review update! After 3 happy years at the same address, I am now moving out. Hanna has been a star! It was a sudden unexpected move and she has handled it amazingly, helping with everything and making what was a stressful time easier to manage. I'll miss her! Jan 2024 - I'm updating my review as we've been in the property now for the best part of a year and Hanna Dewsnap has been the best Property Manager I've ever had when renting. Always responsive and patient, she ensures not only that things are done when needed, but is also very personal and reassuring with every interaction. With a recent situation she has gone above and beyond in ensuring our comfort in our home. I highly recommend the Stow Brows team! May 2023 - Very happy with the service. Nathan Opong from the Walthamstow branch was especially helpful, so kind and accommodating for me and my son (who finds busy viewing difficult). A great service, and went over and above from end to end, getting information and arranging a second viewing once we'd secured the property. Thanks Nathan!

Stow Brother's have been amazing in helping me and my partner find a flat. I've spoken to Ryan and he's been exceptionally helpful, genuinely one of the first agent's where they've made you feel really valued. Our emails are always promptly replied to and made sure we had a clear understanding of the renting process also making a big effort to ensure we got a flat we really wanted. Myself and my friend recently just moved into a property using The Stow Brothers and I couldn’t recommend them enough. We were working with a tight timeframe to move in and Ryan was extremely efficient, super friendly and proactive throughout. His communication was great and was always very calm, reassuring and accommodating during a very stressful time for us. The flat itself is great, and the landlord is fantastic. I am only mentioning Dhurata Behari right now who helps me with the finances, but I have been delighted by everyone at Stow Brothers. I am so happy that I found them. They are genuine people who are there to help if you need it. They have made my life a lot easier. Of course, as property managers, this is a long relationship... so things can change, but I have been with them for almost 2 years now and I really don't have any complaints, which I find astonishing because I have definitely had other experiences with other similar companies...
