We rent our Walthamstow House with Stow Brothers and the service has been great throughout. Our Property Manager, Hanna has been excellent in dealing with any queries quickly and efficiently as well as going above and beyond to help with an issue we had with the property - putting ours and our tenants mind at ease.

Great estates agency!! All the agents we interacted with have been super friendly and helpful. On one instance I was late to a showing, the agent Darcie was wonderful to wait for me, welcome us in the property and keeping us in touch. Thank you Darcie! ☺️

Hanna has been a breath of fresh air. She is not like the normal estate agent. She was always kind and helpful and acted on things that I brought to her attention. It was such a relief after having dealt with difficult estate agents in the past.

We viewed and originally leased through the Wanstead office, and the property is now managed through Walthamstow office. The original move was generally ok and as expected really around negotiating and iron out any issues pre/post move-in, so would use again (assuming whenever we do check it is similarly ok!). This review however is really for the property management team so far in the lease. Originally Suela, who has now left, looked after us well. Hanna D has since taken over and for the last year has been very helpful, responsive and approaches things in a friendly and collaborative manner. She is also open on any issues or restrictions on what can be done and lets us know of any issues or updates from the property management teams of the flats - which is helpful. Hanna has phoned to update or check-in or if not will drop an email. The inspections team are also managed well and those that visit generally quite friendly so far. The property teams also seem to want to address issues if practicable. So anyhow, 5 stars for Hanna, thanks 👍.
