She is always friendly, helpful and puts my mind at ease, particularly with difficult tenants. She responds quickly and sorts any issue efficiently. We used the Walthamstow branch to rent a property in the Borough. Sophie Ismail was the main contact for us throughout the process once we secured a flat, and she was fantastic! For weeks during the process she was our go to person to handle any and all enquiries. She was always on hand to help and really made the whole process for us much easier. The overall process with Stow Brothers was great and we’re really happy with what we’ve found thanks to them. Would recommend the branch and Sophie!

Hanna Dewsnap, has to be the best individual I have ever come across within a letting agency, A stow brothers super performer. I have recently moved into a X4 bed property and unfortunately the boiler wasn't working , no heating and no hot water . Hanna made it her mission to get someone booked out urgently and had made herself contactable after hours which isn't something I have ever heard anyone do within a letting agency, going above and beyond is a reflection of her character as an individual and standing out from the competition. She kept in regular contact throughout the evening until 11pm , making sure all is OK. It's so refreshing to come across someone with this level of commitment to customer care , showing real empathy for the situation. Stow brothers, you guys better make sure she doesn't get snapped up by the competition. Fantastic service 👏

From the start, Stow Brothers (and our agent Paul in particular) have been far and away the best part of the torturous process of buying and selling property in this country. From the quality of their pictures of our place to Paul being seemingly the only person able to understand where everything was in the chain and keep things moving when solicitors were clueless. Really happy we went with Stow Brothers.

I worked with Imogen Tugby during our property buy. It was an 8-month process and she never stopped being incredibly helpful, communicative and resourceful. She would put her hand up when extra communication between solicitors was needed and kept us in the loop of any changes we were not aware of. Would definitely recommend working with her!

The best estate agents in East London by an absolute mile. Easy to get hold of, they go above and beyond for every customer. There's no sneaky games and you genuinely feel really looked after by the team. They made buying our first home such a seamless process. Can't recommend enough!
