We used the Walthamstow branch to rent a property in the Borough. Sophie Ismail was the main contact for us throughout the process once we secured a flat, and she was fantastic! For weeks during the process she was our go to person to handle any and all enquiries. She was always on hand to help and really made the whole process for us much easier. Hanna Dewsnap, has to be the best individual I have ever come across within a letting agency, A stow brothers super performer. I have recently moved into a X4 bed property and unfortunately the boiler wasn't working , no heating and no hot water . Hanna made it her mission to get someone booked out urgently and had made herself contactable after hours which isn't something I have ever heard anyone do within a letting agency, going above and beyond is a reflection of her character as an individual and standing out from the competition. She kept in regular contact throughout the evening until 11pm , making sure all is OK. It's so refreshing to come across someone with this level of commitment to customer care , showing real empathy for the situation. Stow brothers, you guys better make sure she doesn't get snapped up by the competition. Fantastic service 👏
