We recently bought a house in Walthamstow through Stow Brothers and Paul went above and beyond to support us. We encountered some challenges during the purchase around probates, legal challenges etc and Paul helped us navigate multiple stakeholders involved (including 3-4 different solicitors at one point). He was very responsive, and always ensured to secure the best possible outcome for us, especially as we were first time buyers so weren’t familiar with all the steps. My partner and I want to thank Paul and the team at Stow Brothers for helping us through the journey, we are very grateful and I would highly recommend Paul!

I can’t recommend the Stow team more, they were so helpful from start to finish, managing a chain of 6 through a tricky process and I always felt in safe hands thanks to Claudia and Tiffany. The team do really clean handovers so regardless of who is working, calls and emails get picked up. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent - straight forward , clear terms and a very helpful team. Would definitely use again and have already had a friend list with them. As far as I can see you’ll be in great hands with any of the team. Straight forward, very helpful and easy to work with, but Claudia was so brilliant with us.

I've use The Stow Brothers as a tenant for ~2 years and as buyer of a property in Walthamstow and honestly, I have nothing to fault them. Both as tenancy managers and as the sellers representative they have been extremely open, communicative, accomodating and personable to deal with. It really does feel like they actually care about you not just as a customer but because they genuinely want the best for you. It's rare to see this in properties, and it makes me think there's hope for estate agents if more of those like The Stow Brothers show up in the market.
