We recently bought a house in Walthamstow through Stow Brothers and Paul went above and beyond to support us. We encountered some challenges during the purchase around probates, legal challenges etc and Paul helped us navigate multiple stakeholders involved (including 3-4 different solicitors at one point). He was very responsive, and always ensured to secure the best possible outcome for us, especially as we were first time buyers so weren’t familiar with all the steps. I can’t recommend the Stow team more, they were so helpful from start to finish, managing a chain of 6 through a tricky process and I always felt in safe hands thanks to Claudia and Tiffany. The team do really clean handovers so regardless of who is working, calls and emails get picked up.
