We just bought our first home with the Stow Brothers and they were excellent! Claudia, TIffany and Lachlan were consistently responsive and helpful throughout the process. From offer accepted to completion I have absolutely no complaints about their service. On completion day picking up the keys was super easy and they even gave us a little plant as a housewarming gift. The only slight negative was that when we were hunting for our home their viewing policies were quite rigid. I don't know if this was a covid measure or whether the market in Walthamstow was just that busy, but they tended to offer a time slot on one Saturday morning only per property and they'd often book that up 1-2 weeks in advance rather than offering as and when viewings. At the time I was working every other weekend which meant we missed out on viewing quite a few places that looked lovely. That said, we couldn't be happier with where we've ended up! Thank you, Stow Brothers.

Stow Brothers always seemed to have the best properties in the area we were looking at, which did mean that the offer process was more competitive than we'd expected - but this could just be part of buying in London. Once we found our dream place and had the offer accepted Sammie and the team at Stow were incredibly supportive, professional and helped us complete before the original stamp duty holiday end date. Sammie was a pleasure to work with, always at the other end of the phone and happy to talk us through the process and next steps - would definitely recommend!

Kenan was super helpful throughout our house buying process, and we ended up with somewhere we love at a fair price. I was in regular contact and usually got a quick answer to my questions, even on stuff outside their remit. We even got a courtesy house plant when we picked up the keys! (We have named it Kenan).

Recently bought through Stow Brothers and found them to be very good. Upon finding the property we wished to purchase, our contact Kenan was both friendly and professional, his response times to queries were great and he was always available to assist throughout the buying process.

We rented through Stow Brothers and they were generally excellent from start to end. A couple of issues with communication when reporting issues with the property which is why I can't give the full 5-stars. However I would recommend any home owner/buyer/seller/renter to use Stow!
