I'm a landlord and I used YourMove for years until they sold up and the property transferred to the Stow Brothers. I found the new service to be much more bureaucratic with lots more forms and processes and emails than I used to have with YourMove, but maybe that's just life these days. The staff at Stow (Hannah, Nick and Sophie) were all very friendly and helpful and professional in navigating me through what had to be done. The property was let very rapidly too :)

Overall, Stow Brothers have been a professional agent to rent from. Recently, Jay has been very helpful at chasing a landlord to get repairs done, she has been very prompt replying to emails. I can't say we have had the same level of service from all property managers, and some issues have been left for longer than we would have liked. Once we started asking persistently for something to be done, we did see results.

Stow Brothers look after my property while I am living abroad, after Your move shut shop. Hanna Dewsnap has been a great property manager and always will go over and above to provide me with communication, prompts repairs which have come up and chasing the tenants down when needed. Overall friendly and great service, with reasonable contractor costs who are fast to attend.

The Stow Brothers have a culture of respect and efficiency. We recently rented a property from them. Everybody we have interacted with has been so helpful and respectful. My special appreciation goes to my property manager: Hanna Dewsnap, who have been prompt with response to all the issues we have raised. Ensured that the resolutions to these concerns have been quick (less than 3 days). I hope it continues this way. We successfully sold our Walthamstow flat with Stow Brothers in 2021. They are very much in keeping with the current hipness of East London, and the sales team were responsive to communications, though not always on exactly the same page when it came to the latest information. We liked that Stow Bros invest significantly in the local area, and give money to local charities if you allow them to put a sign up.

A big thank you to Eva who dealt so charmingly with us during the viewings. And to Claudia and Tiffany for their hard work in keeping the chain together during all the interminable delays. All the stress seems far away and we're in, enjoying our new home despite the unpacking and lockdown.
