Slightly delayed review, but still very deserved! Henry was genuinely one of the most professional and grounded agents I’ve encountered. Clear communication, zero pressure, and just the right amount of calm to balance out the usual chaos of house-hunting. Even though I didn’t get the flat in the end, I left the process grateful — and honestly a little impressed. Would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a great agent… or just someone who makes stressful things feel oddly manageable. (And hey, if we cross paths again — wouldn’t mind at all. 😊)

It was really challenging finding a property but once I got in contact with this agency, especially Claudiu he showed lots of initiative and effort into helping me which is how I landed my current property. He was very efficient and communicative which really helped speed along the process to secure my flat.
