This is the second time i was dealing with Kyle at Stirling. If first time was quicker, second time was perhaps quickest. From making a phone call to getting the offer accepted took perhaps not more than 3 hours and Then to get the references checked, cleared, documents signed and keys handed over took perhaps 1 day which was great. He understood my urgency, requirements and needs and to get all things done so quickly indeed deserves a pat on the back. Well done mate. cheers.

The most reliable and knowledge lettings agent in the area and the renewals department (particularly Abby Gooptu) are great - effective, speedy and efficient.

Buying a first home can be incredibly stressful but the team at Stirling Ackroyd Bankside provided support through the buying process. Whilst we were looking at flats, we met so many real estate agents and compared to the majority, we found Stirling Ackroyd to be very helpful and honest.

We have just moved into our new abode that was found for us by Kyle. Kyle stood out among the many agents we dealt with (from various companies) as he actually listened to what we wanted, got our feedback on a couple of places - what worked, what didn't etc and then zoomed in on what we wanted - he didn't waste our time or his by taking us to places that were just so not what we wanted or miles away from our stated requirements because that was what was on the agencies books - believe me I found this rare in the letting game. Special mention to the back office too - Charley Knight guided us smoothly through the processes, answered all our questions, and dealt quickly and efficiently with everything.

Updated review Cut down 2 stars due to how things were handled during the move-in. We were not provided with codes to main gate due to which we got locked out and no one from the agency responded to our calls. We managed to get hold of the previous tenants who helped us with the code. Moreover, it was promised to us that apartment would be deep cleaned. However, the carpets have not being vacuumed to a minimum standard and we have been having a hard time due to the amount of dust in carpets. Disappointed with how the whole move-in process went by. ------------------------------- We worked with Claudiu to find an apartment to rent. He was super helpful and responsive all the time and helped us with all the requests we had. Would definitely recommend using them for your property search.
