We went were in touch with quite a few estate agents when we were looking for a flat recently and Stirling Ackroyd were the only company that only showed us flats that met the criteria we had discussed with them and that were within our budget. Once we made an offer on the flat we wanted, Kyle was great. We had to move quickly (it's London) and Kyle was fantastic at telling us exactly what was needed. Clear communication, zero pressure, and just the right amount of calm to balance out the usual chaos of house-hunting. Even though I didn’t get the flat in the end, I left the process grateful — and honestly a little impressed.
