Unprofessional and disrespectful, do not recommend, stay away.
That is the worst real estate agency I have ever seen. My recently rented apartment is without hot water for 15 days, I have been contacting several times Mela Steadman, they are asking for 10 more days to schedule a specialized visit. Tenant Act estimates 24 hours for such emergencies to be solved. Many more repairs reported to be done not yet looked. Never have seen this kind of service in my life. Edit: I contacted the help email they replied, nothing has been done.
CANCELLED VIEWING WITHOUT NOTICE. Called to book a viewing at Waterloo near Lambeth North Station yesterday. No confirmation email received whatsoever. Called again in the next morning to confirm the viewing is on - was confirmed but no confirmation email is sent again. ARRIVED at the place to hear the unit was rented out. No cancellations email no call whatsoever again. CLAIMED to have made calls and email to cancel, but nothing in my email/voicemail, and funnily I was on my phone for the entirety of the morning. Such a waste of time and could not communicate properly.
Bullish team: at the end of the tenancy they conveniently forget to mention there is an option of a rolling contract; l on a checkout, they request you to send confirmation you got all accounts closed in order to get a deposit back (illegal). Bullish agency for Bullish landlords.
Edited: Unfortunately, on our way out of the tenancy, the attitude of staff changes dramatically and they are not responsive to queries unless chased many times. The level of apathy shown by the tenancy manager is appalling. Earlier review: Great experience renting a home in London Bridge! Our agent is Florent and he is super patient, responsive and helpful in the entire letting process. He went above and beyond in helping us out with referencing and check in, which made the process very smooth for us.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely impossible to deal with, repairs ongoing for 6 months and overall incompetency across the property management team
Terrible experience renting a property from this agency. We faced several issues with our property which were not actioned upon with any urgency at all. We had a broken dish washer for 9 months of our tenancy. However we received a complaint for loud music from some neighbours once and they were very active in following up on that. Quite hypocritical behaviour from the employees of this agency. Following up only when their reputation is on line but not being considerate to the people actually renting the property. Now I’ve moved on to a new property and it’s been 1 month since my letting reference is stuck in pending because Stirling Ackroyd can’t care to reply or approve it. Terrible experience. I would avoid renting out a flat from them in the future.
