I had a great experience renting with Stirling Ackroyd London Bridge! My agent was Ross and he answered all my questions and helped a lot throughout the renting process.

First of all, I want to say, that we were searching for an apartment during a very challenging time (for searchers) in the property market. Properties were going away as hot buns, and we, who came from quite "slow" Austria, were desperate to find anything for 2 months. We had dozens of conversations with different agents and firms, and many property views. Compared to others, communication with Ross Moran from Stirling Ackroyd was the most efficient and what is more important less stressful. Ross, in my personal opinion, has a unique ability to move fast but to give people some space and air. Having a choice from two good options, we chose the one from Ross partially because we didn't feel this deadly pressure from him, that we felt from another agent. Nonetheless, we felt the Ross is controlling everything including timeline. During the process, Ross was always very responsive (even not in his office hours), answering all possible questions, and pushing us very gently to complete all the needed things in a proper timeline. Also, I'd love to add, the whole process was smooth with no delays or unclarities. I would highly recommend Ross Moran personally and Stirling Ackroyd to anyone who is looking for property and wants to make a good deal with a very high-quality service.
