I can't fault dealing with Stirling Ackroyd and Alex Baker. Very few estate agents really listened to what I required from a property, but Alex did, and as a result really opened my mind to the breadth of places I would consider living in. Happily use them again.

Kyle Moran was very professional and efficient in his helping me find a flat in the London Bridge area. The whole service from Kyle and his colleagues was first class, straight forward and honest.

The sale of my house was fraught with problems but the purchase of our flat was quite straight forward. We are now happily residing in wonderful Waterloo, having made the transition from a house in Teddington.

I've used Stirling Ackroyd for a number of years now and they've always found me great tenants. I recently let 2 flats with them and once again Julie McPherson in renewals provided an outstanding service.

I have just finished moving out of the flat I was letting through Sterling Ackroyd and Julie Mcpherson in the renewals department could not have been more helpful. She let me know well in advance what needed to be done ahead of my move out date and promptly followed up with the release of my deposit after the final inspection. All in all a great, easy company to use. I would not hesitate to work with them again should I ever need to let a flat in London again in the future!
