The team were great in working with us to secure our new home! Chloe was our agent and really advocated for us as tenants with the owners and took the time to understand our personal circumstances (moving from overseas everything was a lot more complicated for us!). Really efficient and responsive. The renting process was pretty much entirely free of delays or obstacles which is a rarity in London. They've opened up a direct line whatsapp chat which they're prompt and active on whenever we have questions. Fel and Chloe were both very friendly and helpful.
