They are very helpful and fast responding. Millie/Ness and Ruby was very helpful. Kind words and good communication was the key for me and they are very successful as company. We’ve get our favourite flat from them and they were in there right on time for viewing.

Ennis is professional and approachable. I felt he was genuinely interested in my situation and not just ticking boxes to win my business. He was helpful and suggested scenarios that would benefit me in the long term. Very pleased and very confident in having Ennis looking after things for me.

Have been looking for a house for 2 months before meeting Millie. Such an amazing person who assured me of the property. Always smiling even when I asked silly questions but never seemed annoyed. Twice she arranged the viewing and supported me in every way possible. Behind the desk there were Ruby, Fel, Janet and Joe who were keeping me updated and contacting with the landlord. I cannot thank you guys enough for your cordial support. I wish every tenant finds a team like YOU so that their trouble will be less and the process will be smother. Robinson Jackson is lucky to have you guys tbf. For the limitation of 5 star I could not give more. Thanks once again.
