Ruby was so kind. Even though we didn’t move forward with the flat she showed us for personal reasons, I love the high standard the agency has. I’ve seen many flats that were a waste of time for viewing and this wasn’t the case at all. The flat matched 100% with the photos Ruby shared with me and she was so patient and clear answering all my questions.
