Richard at Richard James was brilliant. We had a long process with lots of hurdles along the way, but Richard always kept us in the loop and was always very helpful and friendly, making it much easier. We dealt with lots of the team during the process of viewing, right up until the purchase. Thank you also to Jarrod, Clare, Hazel, Alexi & the rest of the team. Highly recommend. We also got a lovely welcome box when we moved in, which was a nice touch.

We have recently sold our house through Richard James, and we are so glad we did. Sophia did a fantastic job on arranging the sale, and we sold on day 1.
