Absolutely amazing, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always on deck to help with any of my needs and the flat itself is so clean and exactly how I wanted it. Joanne met me on the day and couldn’t be more helpful with everything we needed .
This morning I sent to Dilara an email regarding the main drainage blockage, almost the next minute a plumber knocked my door! It was super fast, totally out of my expectation, thanks a million! I also asked Dilara for EWS1 form and Fire Risk assessment for remortgage purpose, she was very helpful as well. Thanks!
We recently brought a property with MacKays and they were fantastic from start to finish. Easy to work with, good communication, transparent and lovely people! A special shout out to Dan and Alison, who were heavily involved and are such lovely people to deal with. Would definitely recommend MacKays as a top estate agent - the best we have dealt with!
