We viewed a lovely apartment which was spacious and modern. Ringley have been very co-operative and helpful when viewing this apartment. Very quick at responding to calls and emails. Particularly Josh who shown us around the apartment who was very welcoming and informative. We have had a positive experience with Ringley and would recommend them to people who are looking to secure a property
I have been a resident of Langley Square for just shy of a year and wanted to highlight a couple of employees from the Ringley Management Group. Both Liam and Dan have been incredibly helpful with any request, small or large, they are always there to support! Dan in particular was able to help me with a personal request and carried out the works in the communal areas to an impeccably high standard, for which I am immensely thankful for. Likewise, Liam is a great relationship manager and is always there whenever any resident needs him, regardless of the time of day. A huge thank you to both for their hard work on keeping Langley Square a wonderful place to live. They are a credit to Ringley and the residents on the square!!
I have had an extended period out of communications while sailing across the Pacific this year. I got back to find I had missed important messages about my flat which Ringley manage. A telephone call with super friendly and helpful Adele Roberts was the answer. She soon explained in detail what has been going on and what action I needed to take. In this case nothing at all! Thanks Adele.
I have a property at Southpoint and I recently had a complaint regarding receiving a parking ticket for my bay. I had opted out from having my bay being monitored about nearly 2 years ago. I no longer need to display a permit yet I received a ticket yesterday. I contacted my Property Manager Mr Karl Bradley who swiftly contacted the Parking Company and he forwarded my email on. I received a reply today from the parking management who have sincerely apologised and confirmed that my bay has indeed been opted out and that my parking ticket has been waived. I would like to thank Karl Bradley for his swift response in getting this matter resolved quickly.
