I just would like to thank to Narcisa to keep our Earl building neat and clean all the time, especially during this time of the year. She works extra hard, to keep every floor shining. Also she is very polite and always smiling. Thank you for your hard work Narcisa, we really appreciate it!

Really appreciate the help I got from Liam Washington last week. My heating and hot water went down for two days, I spent all of Friday trying to get someone out and the best I could get was someone to come out on Monday, meaning I would have to go all weekend in this weather. I called Liam at around 5pm on the off chance, he’s not supposed to visit my flat but he did. He called a friend on FaceTime, between them they were trying to figure out what the problem was and he wouldn’t leave until it was all sorted. He really went above and beyond, on a Friday evening when I’m sure all he wanted to do was get home and enjoy his weekend. Top man

It is a great journey to live in Greyfriars Coventry, the staff are very kind and helpful, especially Georgia, Aleksandra and Carl, they make the apartment more like home. The move-in and move-out process was very smooth, and I could find someone to help me at the earliest moment, I was surprised that the deposit return was so speedy. If someone asks me to find a place/agency, I recommend Life By Ringley as the first choice.

I am a tenant at River Heights and wanted to thank all the concierge for their hard work to keep the place running so smoothly. A special thanks to James and Ludovit who really made it their first priority to organise an engineer to fix my heating system, especially during this terrible cold weather. Had the heating working within 24hrs of letting them know!! I really appreciated their efficiency and eagerness to help solve the issue. Thank you once again.

Wanted to thank Liam for his excellent customer service and work at Langley Square. Liam makes time for all the residents and can regularly be seen on call outs in the evenings and weekends. Our cleaner Narci in the Earl also deserves a special mention for her cleaning and happy demeanour.

I am tenant at Langley Square and I wanted to give a shout out to Liam, the relationship manager and Dan, the caretaker. They both were walking around site when I was taking stuff up and stopped to help me. Liam gave me lots of information about the estate and the area, as I’m new to dartford. I was also having an issue with my washing machine and he gave me details of a local contractor to fix it. They were both very friendly and welcoming and said the doors always open should I ever need anything. Thank you to both of them!

I must say having been a resident for just under a year I am impressed with how clean the building always seems to be. From the entrance to the lifts and hallways it’s clear that time and care had been taken to ensure the cleanliness of our building and for this I am very grateful. I’m the owner of the flat at The Holland and I would like to give my review about the cleaning team! Such a great job! Especially big thank you to Marioara!!! She is very helpful, hard working and always smiling on top of that!!! Sometimes I feel bad to leave the footprints on the freshly swiped floor but she always says GOOD MORNING- not a problem!:) with the big smile 😊 I really appreciate how good she is and the whole team.

My experience with Ringley has been really positive and they make the moving-in process so seamless. They are professional, efficient and it's evident they care about the tenants who live in the buildings they manage. Any issues are resolved quickly and they maintain their buildings at a high standard. Everyone I've spoken to at Ringley has been really nice and helpful. Special mention to Joanne who has been amazing - she has helped every step of the way with the moving-in process, resolving any issues and answering all my queries!
