Ringley recently became managers of our building in Wapping and in my first dealings over a maintenance issue Daniel there has been very responsive and promptly dealt with it.

Sam did a great job and was happy to make himself available for a re-inspection after failing to gain access to parts of the building first time round.

Recently a new entrance door to a hallway that gives access to our flat was fitted. Unfortunately an issue arose with the new keys. I contacted Adele Robert’s who is our senior relationship manager & it was clear to us that she was on the case & had a wealth of knowledge regarding block management. We discussed a few items such as the remote unlocking from our flat not yet working etc. It’s clear to us that Adele is a hands on person that leaves no stone unturned. Professionalism at this level is not easy to find these days.
