Anna is truly a gem in our building! She is incredibly thorough, professional, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that every corner is spotless. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she consistently keeps our common areas looking pristine and welcoming. Started tenancy 2 months ago, the building is great, the apartments look very new, lovely storage and equipment. Bob (who looks after the building), and Georgia and Jo (from management) are absolutely lovely and always available to answer my questions and help me when needed. Every single issue/question I've had was literally addressed within a day of contacting them if not within 5-10 minutes!
