We weren't always well supported by Ringley, that is until Adele took over. Adele is amazing! She provides a consistently caring approach ensuring the resident's needs are met, costs are kept low and thinking creatively about any change that's needed to the properties no matter how small. She is clear in her communication, explains complexities very well and helps us navigate legislation and contractual issues with a breeze. I only hope my review doesn't take Adele away from us!

Issues reported are fixed within a timely manor - I email a lady called Adele a lot with issues and she rectifies them as best as she can

From the very beginning, she was friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Joanne made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s been more than one year I’ve been staying at the Greyfriars. Ethan has been really helpful and have been there whenever needed . He’s very kind and humble . The apartment is really peaceful and beautiful with all good facilities . I would highly recommend to everyone out there!!!
